Adults: depending on the severity of the symptoms, instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 2–5 times a day; at bedtime, instill it about 30 minutes before going to sleep (otherwise the risk of the eyelids sticking together increases).
Treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca generally requires long-term or continuous treatment, so an ophthalmologist should be consulted.
Children: there is no clinical trial experience in children. In children, use it under the responsibility of a doctor.

성인 : 증상의 정도에 따라 1회 1방울 1일 2 ～ 5회 결막낭 내에 점안하고, 취침 시에는 약 30분 전에 점안한다(그렇지 않을 경우 눈꺼풀의 점착 위험이 증대된다).
일반적으로 건조성 각결막염 치료는 장기간 또는 지속적인 치료가 필요하므로 안과의사와 상담하여야 한다.
소아 : 소아에 대한 임상시험 경험은 없다. 소아에게는 의사의 책임 하에 사용한다.
Precautions for use (as approved in Korea)

1. The following persons should not use this medicine.
Persons who show hypersensitivity reactions to this medicine or any of its ingredients
2. The following persons should consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before using this medicine.
1) Patients with severe eye pain
2) Persons who have had allergic symptoms caused by eye drops (for example eye redness, itching, edema (swelling), reddening from congestion)
3) Patients receiving treatment from a doctor
4) Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant, and breastfeeding women: there is no experience regarding the safety of using this medicine during pregnancy and breastfeeding in humans. There is theoretically no risk, but in principle it should be used carefully during pregnancy and breastfeeding, considering all risks and benefits.
5) Children: there is no experience of use in children, so safety has not been established.
3. In the following cases, stop using this medicine immediately and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist. When consulting, bring this package insert with you if possible.
1) Mild irritation due to the preservative may occur on administration.
2) In some cases, a sensation of heat may occur or the eyelashes may stick together.
3) Eye redness, giant papillary conjunctivitis of the eyelid, corneal spots, episcleritis, blurred vision, itching, discomfort, etc. may occur.
4. Other precautions when using this medicine
1) Follow the prescribed dosage and administration carefully.
2) Use this medicine only as eye drops.
3) Remove contact lenses before administering this medicine, and put them back in 30 minutes after instilling it.
4) If other eye drops are used at the same time, leave an interval of at least 15 minutes between them, and always use this medicine last.
5) After administration, blurred vision may occur for a short time until the gel is absorbed onto the eye surface, so take care when driving or operating machinery.
6) Close the cap after use.
7) Administer it in small drops to avoid the eyelids sticking together.
8) Take care that the tip of the container does not touch the eyeball. If the tip of the container touches the eyelids or eyelashes, the solution may become contaminated or cloudy (turbid) from eye discharge, mold, etc., so take care. Do not use the solution if it has become cloudy (turbid).
9) To prevent contamination, avoid sharing it with other people as far as possible.
5. Storage precautions
1) Keep out of the reach of children.
2) Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool place with as little humidity as possible.
3) To prevent misuse and preserve quality, do not transfer it to another container.
4) Discard any remaining medicine once 28 days have passed since the container was first opened.

1. 다음과 같은 사람은 이 약을 사용하지 말 것.
이 약 또는 이 약의 구성성분에 과민반응을 나타내는 사람
2. 다음과 같은 사람은 이 약을 사용하기 전에 의사, 치과의사, 약사와 상의할 것.
1) 눈의 통증이 심한 환자
2) 지금까지 안약에 의한 알레르기증상(예, 눈의 충혈, 가려움, 부종(부기), 충혈되어 붉어짐 등)을 일으킨 적이 있는 사람
3) 의사의 치료를 받고 있는 환자
4) 임부 또는 임신하고 있을 가능성이 있는 여성, 수유부 : 사람에서 임신 및 수유기에 이 약을 사용할 경우 안전성과 관련한 경험은 없다. 이론적으로 위험성은 없으나 원칙적으로 임신 및 수유기에는 모든 위험성 및 유익성을 고려하여 주의 깊게 사용해야 한다.
5) 소아 : 소아에 대한 사용경험은 없으므로 안전성이 확립되어 있지 않다.
3. 다음과 같은 경우 이 약의 사용을 즉각 중지하고 의사, 치과의사, 약사와 상의할 것. 상담 시 가능한 한 이 첨부문서를 소지할 것.
1) 투여 시에 보존제로 인하여 가벼운 자극감이 나타날 수 있다.
2) 경우에 따라 발열 현상이 나타나거나 눈썹이 붙을 수 있다.
3) 눈의 충혈, 안검 거대유두결막염, 각막반점, 공막바깥염, 시야흐림, 가려움, 불편감등이 나타날 수 있다.
4. 기타 이 약의 사용 시 주의할 사항
1) 정해진 용법·용량을 잘 지킬 것.
2) 이 약은 점안용으로만 사용할 것.
3) 이 약의 투여 전에 콘택트렌즈는 제거해야 하며 이 약 점적 30분 이후에 재착용 할 것.
4) 만약 다른 점안제를 동시에 사용할 경우에는 적어도 15분의 간격을 두고 투여하며 이 약을 항상 가장 나중에 사용할 것.
5) 투여 후에 겔제가 안구표면으로 흡수될 때까지 짧은 시간동안 시야흐림 현상이 발생할 수 있으므로 운전이나 기계조작 시 주의할 것.
6) 사용 후 뚜껑을 닫을 것.
7) 눈꺼풀의 점착을 피하기 위하여 작은 방울로 투여할 것.
8) 용기의 끝이 안구에 닿지 않도록 주의하여야 하며, 용기의 끝이 눈꺼풀 및 속눈썹에 닿으면 눈곱이나 곰팡이 등에 의해 약액이 오염 또는 혼탁(흐림)될 수 있으므로 주의할 것. 또한 혼탁(흐림)된 것은 사용하지 말 것.
9) 오염을 방지하기 위해 가능한 공동으로 사용하지 말 것.
5. 저장상의 주의사항
1) 어린이의 손에 닿지 않는 곳에 보관할 것.
2) 직사광선을 피하고 될 수 있는 한 습기가 적은 서늘한 곳에 보관할 것.
3) 잘못된 사용을 막고 품질의 보존을 위하여 다른 용기에 바꾸어 넣지 말 것.
4) 이 약의 용기를 최초 개봉한 후 28일이 경과하면 남은 약은 버릴 것.
