Adults and children aged 2 years and older: apply to the wound and the surrounding skin several times a day and massage gently.
In adults, for hypertrophic scars, it may also be applied thickly the day before, fixed with a bandage and left on overnight.

성인 및 2세 이상의 소아 : 상처 및 주변 피부에 1일 수회 적용하여 가볍게 마사지한다.
성인의 경우에는, 비후성 흉터에 대해서는 전날 두껍게 바르고 붕대로 고정하여, 하루 저녁 동안 적용할 수도 있다.

1. The following persons should not use this medicine (and it should not be used on the following sites).
1) Patients who are hypersensitive to any ingredient of this medicine.
2) Infants under 6 months of age
3) Cases with a previous hypersensitivity reaction to heparin [such as heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)], or with a bleeding tendency or thrombocytopenia
4) Incised wounds or wounds that have not healed
5) Mucous membranes and/or sites of purulent infection
6) Pregnant women
2. Do not use the following medicines while using this medicine.
There is no literature directly related to the use of this medicine; however, for systemically acting heparin, concomitant use with anticoagulants (coumarin, aspirin, dipyridamole, dextran, streptokinase) may increase the risk of bleeding, so do not use it at the same time as anticoagulants.
3. Do not do the following while using this medicine.
1) Do not apply it around the eyes or to mucous membranes.
2) Take care not to expose the scar to the heat or rays of the sun.
4. The following persons should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
Breastfeeding women
5. In the following case, stop using this medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. When consulting, bring this package insert with you if possible.
Allergic reactions
6. Other precautions when using this medicine
1) Application to wide areas in children aged 2 to under 12 years, and application in infants under 2 years of age, should follow a doctor's instructions.
2) Because the occlusive effect of a bandage increases penetration of the active ingredients and prevents them from leaving the skin, the method of fixing it with a bandage and applying it overnight is not appropriate for children, especially infants.
3) When it is used in children, use it under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.
7. Storage precautions
1) Keep out of the reach of children.
2) Taking the medicine out of its original container and storing it in another container may cause accidents through misuse or reduce its quality, so keep it in its original container, tightly closed.

1. 다음과 같은 사람(부위)은 이 약을 사용하지 말 것
1) 이 약의 구성성분에 과민한 환자.
2) 6개월 미만의 영아
3) 헤파린에 과민반응[헤파린유도 저혈소판증(Heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, HIT) 등]을 일으켰거나, 출혈경향 및 저혈소판증이 있는 경우
4) 절개되거나 아물지 않은 상처
5) 점막 및/또는 화농성 감염 부위
6) 임산부
2. 이 약을 사용하는 동안 다음의 약을 사용하지 말 것,
이 약의 사용과 직접적으로 관련된 문헌은 없으나, 전신 작용의 헤파린에 대해서는 항응고제(쿠마린, 아스피린, 디피리다몰, 덱스트란, 스트렙토키나제)와 동시 사용 시 출혈의 위험이 증가할 수 있으므로, 항응고제와 동시에 사용하지 않는다.
3. 이 약을 사용하는 동안 다음의 행위를 하지 말 것
1) 눈주위와 점막에는 적용하지 않는다.
2) 흉터가 태양열이나 광선에 노출되지 않도록 주의한다.
4. 다음과 같은 사람은 이 약을 사용하기 전에 의사, 약사와 상의할 것

5. 다음과 같은 경우 이 약의 사용을 즉각 중지하고 의사, 약사와 상의할 것. 상담시 가능한 한 이 첨부문서를 소지할 것

6. 기타 이약의 사용시 주의할 사항
1) 2~12세 미만 소아의 광범위 부위 적용과 2세 미만 영아의 적용은 의사의 지시를 따른다.
2) 붕대의 밀봉 효과로 인해 주성분의 침투가 증가되고 피부 밖으로 배출될 수 없기 때문에 어린이, 특히 영아에게는 붕대로 고정하여, 하루 저녁 동안 적용하는 방법은 적절하지 않다.
3) 어린이에게 사용할 경우에는 보호자의 지도 ㆍ 감독 하에 사용할 것.
7. 저장상의 주의사항
1) 어린이의 손이 닿지 않는 곳에 보관할 것
2) 의약품을 원래 용기에서 꺼내어 다른 용기에 보관하는 것은 의약품 오용에 따른 사고 발생이나 의약품 품질 저하의 원인이 될 수 있으므로 원래의 용기에 넣고 꼭 닫아 보관할 것.
