Dosage and administration (as approved in Korea)

Adults: take 50–100 mg (as glutathione) per dose, 1–3 times a day.
The dose may be increased or decreased as appropriate according to age and symptoms.

성인 : 글루타티온으로서 1회 50-100mg, 1일 1-3회 복용한다.
연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.
Precautions for use (as approved in Korea)

1. Do not administer to the following patients.
This medicine contains lactose, so it must not be given to patients with hereditary problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
2. Administer with caution to the following patients.
This medicine contains Yellow No. 203 (quinoline yellow WS aluminium lake); administer it with caution to patients who are hypersensitive to this ingredient or have a history of allergy.
3. In the following cases, stop taking this medicine immediately and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist. When consulting, bring this package insert with you if possible.
1) Hypersensitivity: rash, etc. may occur rarely.
2) Digestive system: loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, etc. may occur rarely.
4. Storage precautions
1) Keep out of the reach of children.
2) Taking the medicine out of its original container and storing it in another container may cause accidents through misuse or reduce its quality, so keep it in its original container, tightly closed.

1. 다음 환자에 투여하지 말 것.
이 약은 유당을 함유하고 있으므로, 갈락토오스 불내성(galactose intolerance), Lapp 유당분해효소 결핍증(Lapp lactase deficiency) 또는 포도당-갈락토오스 흡수장애(glucose-galactose malabsorption) 등의 유전적인 문제가 있는 환자에게는 투여하면 안 된다.
2. 다음 환자에는 신중히 투여할 것.
이 약은 황색 203호(퀴놀린옐로우 WS 알루미늄레이크)를 함유하고 있으므로 이 성분에 과민하거나 알레르기 병력이 있는 환자에는 신중히 투여한다.
3. 다음과 같은 경우 이 약의 복용을 즉시 중지하고 의사, 치과의사, 약사와 상의할 것. 상담시 가능한 한 이 첨부문서를 소지할 것.
1) 과민증 : 드물게 발진 등이 나타날 수 있다.
2) 소화기계 : 드물게 식욕부진, 구역, 구토, 위통 등이 나타날 수 있다.
4. 저장상의 주의사항
1) 어린이의 손이 닿지 않는 곳에 보관한다.
2) 의약품을 원래 용기에서 꺼내어 다른 용기에 보관하는 것은 의약품 오용에 의한 사고 발생이나 품질저하의 원인이 될 수 있으므로 원래의 용기에 넣고 꼭 닫아 보관한다.
