Antiphlamine S Lotion

- Relief of pain and inflammation (anti-inflammatory) in the following: sprains, bruises, muscle pain, joint pain, fracture pain, low back pain, stiff shoulders, neuralgia, rheumatic pain

- Itching of the skin, insect bites

- Chilblains (cold injury)

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1–4 times a day.

1. The following persons should not use this medicine.

1) Persons with hypersensitivity reactions to the ingredients of this medicine

2. Do not use this medicine on the following parts of the body.

1) The eyes or the area around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.

2) Eczema, dermatitis caused by lacquer (urushiol), etc., wounds, sensitive skin

3. The following persons should consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before using this medicine.

1) Persons who have had allergic symptoms (rash or redness (reddening from congestion), itching, dermatitis caused by lacquer (urushiol), etc.) caused by medicines, cosmetics, etc.

2) Persons who themselves, or whose family members, have an allergic constitution

3) Patients with severe weeping (moist skin) or erosion (raw, sore skin)

4) Persons receiving treatment from a doctor

5) Patients with circulatory disorders or diabetes

6) Children aged 12 years or younger

7) Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant

8) Breastfeeding women

4. In the following cases, stop using this medicine immediately and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist. When consulting, bring this package insert with you if possible.

1) If symptoms such as rash or redness (reddening from congestion), swelling, itching or pain appear as a result of using this medicine

2) If the symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days of use

5. Other precautions when using this medicine

1) Follow the prescribed dosage and administration.

2) When it is used in children, use it under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3) This medicine is for external use only; do not take it internally or inhale it.

4) Take care not to get it in the eyes. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with water. If the symptoms are severe, get treatment from an ophthalmologist.

5) Hands with the solution on them cause irritation if they touch the eyes or other mucous membranes, so wash the solution off your hands thoroughly.

6) Do not cover or wrap the treated area, and do not expose it to external heat or hot water.

7) If water comes into contact with the area where this medicine was used, you may feel strong irritation.

8) Patients with particularly delicate skin should not use this medicine repeatedly on the same area.

9) Methyl salicylate may cause symptoms of poisoning if large amounts are absorbed through the skin, so avoid prolonged use over large surface areas.

6. Storage precautions

1) Keep out of the reach of children.

2) Avoid direct sunlight and store with the cap tightly closed in as dry and cool a place as possible.

3) Taking the medicine out of its original container and storing it in another container may cause accidents through misuse or reduce its quality, so keep it in its original container, tightly closed.

4) Take care, because the medicine may leak if the cap is not closed properly after use (if this medicine gets on plastic products, clothing, wood, leather, etc., they may be damaged or stained).
